Through influencing the demand for a portfolio of a manufacturer's products and services while simultaneously considering operational costs and constraints, SignalDemand brings the highly anticipated next evolutionary step in Supply and Demand optimization. SignalDemand is led by founder and CEO Michael Neal, who is the founder and former CEO of DemandTec.

Position: Vice President, Software Engineering
The Vice President of Engineering will manage and lead the definition and early architecture development of SignalDemand’s GA product, as well as oversee its development and release. The successful candidate will build and manage the engineering organization, serve as the top technical role model, and ensure the highest possible execution quality. This position will report to the CEO.

Position: Director of Sales
Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Sales will play a major role in the strategic growth of the company. The person will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads, processing sales pipeline and achieving revenue goals, assisting with the development and execution of the company’s strategies for recruiting new customers, and communicating sales activity and progress to senior staff. The successful candidate must have the proven ability to sell enterprise software and technical business services at senior and C-levels.
